Our second day we travel overland to the department of Solola, and spend the night in Panajachel... rising early to depart for the state of Chiapas, Mexico, and the cobblestoned city of San Cristobol las Casas.

We will explore the Sumidero Canyon by boat, and travel to the temples of Palenque, and Bonampak and the private lands of the Lacondona…

Upon our return to Guatemala we will spend two nights at “ The Retreat” on Lake Atitlan, in the village of San Marcos la Laguna.. to rest, reflect and assimilate all that we have experienced... then return to our port of entry, Guatemala City..
